| Course Aims | This course aims to provide you with a comprehensive knowledge of the main ideas, concepts and principles of accounting as
they prove relevant to the behaviour of individuals, businesses, institutions and governments. The necessary analytical,
quantitative, communication, and information technology skills will be developed in a process that is expected to enable you to
apply these skills in real-life business situations by analysing and interpreting financial statements and business decision-making.
It is designed based on two pillars of knowledge and skills that will prepare you for employment or continuation of your studies at
the postgraduate level. In either case this course aims to prepare you for life.
