CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies):

The University can issue your CAS up to 6 months before the course start date (if you’re outside the UK) and 3 months before (if you’re inside the UK).
A CAS is typically valid for 6 months and must be used to apply for your UK Student visa before it expires.

Entry Requirements
Undergraduate: You must meet academic qualifications relevant to your country and course. Advanced entry to Year 2 or 3 may be possible for some applicants with prior college study.
Postgraduate: A recognised bachelor’s degree (usually second class or equivalent) is normally required; some courses may also ask for relevant experience. Offers are based on academic merit, personal statement, references, and sometimes interviews or additional requirements.

The University offers on-campus student accommodation with over 2,800 rooms including various halls and flats close to classes and facilities. First-year students who apply by the deadline are usually guaranteed an offer of university-managed housing. Rent normally includes utilities, Wi-Fi and insurance.
